Felicia counts herself blessed to have founded, developed, and shaped LATTE Theater for young adult professional theatricality for 16 years. With a varied background in theater, dance, song, script, and ghost writing, teaching, teen and elder counseling, as well as education, Felicia enjoys empowering the young adult artists in LATTE to challenge themselves. She utilizes her lifetime love of all things stage to inspire the teens, having acted, directed, and produced theater for over 30 years.
With lighthearted fun, Felicia’s Pfluger Empathy Movement Method focuses on developing actresses and actors holistically while accomplishing professional-level theatricality. She utilizes techniques to help teens thrive with her acting training program designed to build emotional wellness, physiological awareness, collaborative leadership, and empathy building to facilitate personal growth. This radiates into healthy, sustainable growth on and off stage.
As a medium, Felicia utilizes full-length professional stage works. She supports teens through personal and professional development—all while protecting the teen psyche and having a lot of fun in the process! We are happy that Mrs. Pfluger is the heart of LATTE.
Also a Chicago playwright, Felicia’s stage adaptations and works include: 12 Angry Jurors, The Philadelphia Story, Little Women, An Ideal Husband, Anne of Green Gables, Pride and Prejudice, Politically Correct Bedtime Stories, Much Ado About Nothing, and Spoon River Anthology. Her original works include Common Ground, The Porch Light, and Dearest Soldier - Love in War.
