Janet Matricciani, Neighbor

Janet Matricciani is a British-American two-time CEO (both public and private equity companies), a seasoned traveller (115 countries), a published writer (UK and US newspapers), a tennis addict and a business guru. She’s sharp, witty, direct and honest. Her expertise includes specialty finance, tech-enabled businesses, FinTech, and consumer finance. She has a deep passion for educating and mentoring business people, particularly women and minorities. She also enjoys traveling, helping others, and using humour to break down barriers, create collaboration and drive progress. Janet belongs to the Young Presidents’ Organization, and to an invitation-only organization of 500 of the most successful and influential women business leaders called Committee of 200. She has also been recognized as one of only a dozen top women in financial services by KPMG. She began her career as a student at Cambridge University, where she earned her Bachelor's and Master of Engineering degrees. From there, she earned her MBA at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. She worked at McKinsey and Capital One before starting her new focus running companies as a Chief Executive Officer.
