Since I was 11, I knew I wanted to be a reporter and a have been lucky enough to have made a career of it.

I've worked for a variety of local and regional newspapers, national magazines, and even banged out a few books.

Mary Regalbuto, affectionately known as 'Bingo Mary' because of her patronage of Foxwoods Resort Casino's Bingo Hall for more than two decades, died April 7 at the age of 104.
