<p>This program is perfect for anyone who has felt intimidated by regular yoga classes or wants a slower, more instructional introduction.</p>

• <strong>3 additional class credits</strong> to try gentle Level 1 or slow-paced classes after the series<br>
• Clear instruction on foundational poses and breathing<br>
