Every year, we invite the Oakland University community (students, staff, faculty and alumni), along with their family and friends, to experience the holidays at Meadow Brook at a special rate. Because as the birthplace of Oakland University and the cultural heart of campus, we have a special connection to Golden Grizzlies, past and present.
Michigan’s most dazzling outdoor event and holiday light show is perfect for the young, the old and everyone in between. It’s a place where you can explore a world of lights and magic. Where you can engage with the sights and sounds of the season. And where everything is illuminated. Enjoy specialty seasonal drinks, s’mores, food trucks, bonfires, and more.
As part of OU Day &amp; Night, Oakland University students can visit Winter Wonder Lights for free by showing an OU ID upon arrival. Guests of OU students are eligible for a special rate on designated dates.

Meadow Brook Hall Winter Wonder Lights - Value Nights

On Santa Saturdays at Meadow Brook Hall, visits with Santa are included with tickets for Holiday Walk, our daytime, indoor holiday experience that features the historic mansion decorated in shimmering splendor.
Guests will first experience the historic mansion, decked for the holidays, and will make their special stop to see Santa along the tour route.
Tickets must be purchased online in advance. Choose from ticket times from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Indulge in our Very Merry Brunch – the most delicious way to experience all the sparkle and joy of Holiday Walk at Meadow Brook Hall. Set in our breathtaking two-story Gothic-inspired Ballroom, you’ll enjoy a delightful plated brunch, along with a complimentary drink ticket and cash bar. 
Once you’re feeling festive, guests will wander the historic mansion decked for the holidays. Holiday Walk features incomparable holiday sights and decorations inside our 110-room estate, featuring more than 50 magnificent trees, flickering fireplaces and lights galore.

Guests will see the full show, which includes dozens of immersive lightscape environments, a peek inside the main floor of the historic mansion and lots of fun, including selfie stations, kids activities, food trucks, bonfires and more!
Plus, Sensory Friendly Hours take place on Family Nights, which means children 12 and under go free! Must enter promo code. Offer is valid for up to four free youth tickets per booking.
