· Doors will open 15 minutes before class and will be locked at class start time for everyone's safety.
 
IN-STUDIO GUIDELINES:
**DO NOT WEAR JEANS**
· People(s) who are sensitive or prone to motion sickness should take caution.
· Please wear comfortable, form fitting clothing with NO metals or plastic.
· Please expect to be barefoot during class
· NO zippers, snaps, sequins or sharp jewelry.
· Pre-registration required (no drop-ins) no refunds.

Take this time to slow down, quiet the mind, and rest in God's presence. This sound bath is designed as a space for peaceful reflection, prayer, and healing whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. 
As you relax in a hammock, you will be guided through calming sounds that support stillness and help you draw closer to God. You are welcome to pray, sit in silence, or simply open your heart to feel the presence of Jesus and call on the Holy Spirit. 
Let the gentle music ease your nervous system, quiet your mind, and create space where you can hear God speak.
