Kishor Panthi is a Nepali American journalist and author based in New York City. Since 2012, he has been the founder and editor-in-chief of Khasokhas, a Nepali community outlet and voice for the Nepali diaspora in the USA. He is editor-in-chief of NepYork, a showcase of Nepali community in the USA. He has authored three books, including "Kampan: True stories of loss, resilience, and triumph after the tragic seismic shift in Nepal," "Zero Mile: 111 immigration tips for the immigrants and the curious," and "Untranslatable: Emotions are universal but untranslatable." He has also been recognized for his volunteer work in community journalism with the President's Lifetime Achievement Award.
