Lauren Satterfield, Neighbor

Lauren W. Satterfield is the founder and CEO of The BRICC Foundry. As a black woman, she faces the very systemic and cultural challenges that she aims to combat. Influenced by her experiences working at the

largest communications company in the world, AT&T, Lauren has a decade of experience in the telecommunications, technology, and Internet industries.

From music festivals to social media takeovers to immersive brand experiences, Lauren’s success lies in

unlocking her authentic presence, the power of intention, and transformation through continuous learning. She

holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing from The Ohio

State University. She went on to receive her Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia Southern

University in 2017. Lauren earned her second Masters in Communications from the University of Southern California

Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism in 2020. Lauren, currently based in Los Angeles, is committed to creating a pipeline of opportunities in her home state of Ohio and the city of Dayton.
