Lori Loersch-Klein, Neighbor

My name is Lori Klein and I have lived in Washington Twp. for the past 11 years.  I am a stay-at-home mom, wife, taxi driver, maid, chef, CFO/CEO, gardener, cheerleader and boo-boo kisser to my eight year old daughter, my husband of 10 years and my two crazy dogs.   In order to escape from it all, I cook and exercise like a crazy person and in the process I've lost almost 40 lbs. in less than a year.

I have never blogged before and I will never claim to be a "Chef" or an expert on anything food related.  I learn something new everyday and I believe that's what makes me a really good cook.  I "Lori-fy" different recipes into exactly what I want.  I try new ingredients and make things healthier, more cost effective and usually more delicious (in my opinion).  I hope I inspire you to get creative and I look forward to learning more from your comments and criticisms.
