I started my fitness journey at 18 when I joined my first club in Toronto, Canada. Soon after I started running and got into triathlons in 1997 after my first 2 kids. I love the outdoors and it is a great way to have fun outside and stay in shape. I got certified in fitness classes, nutrition, and personal training in 2004 and continue to re-certify to keep up with industry trends and my clients goals.
