Smith Physical Therapy + Crystal Lake

Age Strong is a 6 week class that runs January 7th through February 11th, 2026. This class focuses on basic strength building for those that may struggle to do daily activities (i.e, emptying the dishwasher, carrying laundry upstairs, unloading the car of your groceries, etc.). The class creates functional strength for day to day life.
The class meets once a week on Wednesdays, from 1-2pm for 6 weeks.
Class Dates: 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11
6 week session: $85
If you are interested in the class but can not commit to 6 weeks, you are welcome to “drop-in” for $20 per class. Please call our clinic at 815-893-9075 to check availability and reserve your “drop-in” spot!

Balance Strong is a class designed for those that need to improve their balance while increasing strength. The class meets in the Balance Center of Smith Physical Therapy. The class meets every Wednesday for 6 weeks.
Class Dates: 2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25
6 Week Class: $85
