Dress for Success Central New Jersey - 7 Counties is dedicated to empowering women and girls to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help clients thrive in work and in life. The organization provides job readiness, educational, career mentoring, confidence building, and image enhancement programs that support clients through every stage of their employment journey – from pre-employment needs to professional development. Since it opened its doors in 2007, Dress for Success Central New Jersey has served 18,500 women and girls.

Dress for Success Central New Jersey’s 10 Signature Programs include Career Center, Image Enhancement Program, Designing Your Future, Financial Literacy, Latina Empowerment, Customer Service Excellence, Professional Women’s Group, Youth Initiative, Personal Branding, and Effective Communication. DFSCNJ programs provide motivated, job-ready women with a competitive edge in securing jobs, in remaining employed and ultimately becoming contributors to their community. DFSCNJ currently has four office locations, 3131 Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ, Trenton Central High School, Trenton, The Father Center, Trenton, The Family Justice Center, New Brunswick.
