CT Superintendent To Congress: Obamacare Means Higher Budgets, Fewer Teachers
Meriden School Superintedent Mark D. Benigni told Congress last week that the Affordable Care Act will lead to staff cuts unless the law is changed.

Paul Petrone grew up in Salem, graduated from the University of Connecticut and previously worked at The Day and The Bulletin before landing a job at Patch.com in 2010.
