I'm old; that was before Star Wars movies. Then, a close cousin, Richard M. Lucas of Stanford University, Hospital and MRI technology fame adopted me. I also grew up in his labs, and those of other DoD cousins, such as FBI Chief, Ted L. Gunderson. This left me growing up in some trauma, so that I had to recover some memory, which I did fully by about 2010. And, I did this despite an angry X-husband who I had to leave, and, who is still attacking me in the courts today. I accomplished my own healing by using the Brain Transmission Technologies® that Richard Lucas and I studied together for years. I've also had LOTS of support from many deeply caring people out there. This bill is intended to correct the 30% error rate in court judgments, costing up to $577 million per year in the California Judicial Budget alone. And, this does not include any costs to the case parties. Many of these errors can be recognized just by checking court orders against county-filed records, such as in my own cases. But, unfortunately, it's common for abusers to manipulate our judicial system to perpetrate against their victims, as happened to me. Judges just don't have the staff or the time to read the thousands of case pages per day that are required. ****I also spend time on: investigating, sharing, bartering, inventing, researching, writing, consulting and publishing. And, I contemplate how these can integrate with other technologies and organizations out there, such as with IoT, Artificial Intelligence, AI, wired and wireless environments, Edge computing as power sources, and more.
