Learn about abstract painting from the master, Robert Collins from the Montserrat College of Art. Learn abstract techniques, while studying design and composition. Work from set-ups, props, and assignments meant to provoke your inner design skills! Great for all levels! There will be demonstrations where you can paint along or work on your own piece. Everyone will get individual feedback.

Learn about abstract landscape painting from the master, Robert Collins from Montserrat College of Art. In this fun laid-back class, everyone learns at their own pace and from wherever they are starting from. At the beginning of each class, Bob will do one or more demonstrations. You can paint along or just watch. Then Bob will walk around the room and offer individual help. 
In this fun and flexible course, Bob will teach you the art of painting abstract landscapes! You will be able to work from photos, and/or your imagination. Learn how to create vibrant abstract works of art with depth, perspective, and intriguing compositions.

I experiment with you, try out techniques, and share everything I know as well as the stuff I don't. You see my goal is not to teach you to paint like me but to teach you to paint like you. I believe in you and know that once you learn a new way of seeing and experimenting that you will discover your own visual language. Watercolor is such a beautiful medium with so many different styles that can be embraced. Everyone says it is a hard medium for any number of reasons. Loosen Up with Watercolor (Intermediate/Advanced)
Enjoy experimentation in a supportive community of artists while you bring your artistic expression to the next level. Go beyond the fundamentals of watercolor and get in touch with your inner artist. Each week participants will work on their own body of work after a brief introductory question/discussion provided by the instructor based on the dynamic of the group. Every class will have time allotted for (voluntary) group critique. Sandra will facilitate a positive and supportive environment where each artist has a voice and is encouraged to share and grow at their own pace. Painting alongside other trusted artists and friends is an invaluable experience not to be missed.
