I have an experienced and diversified background in the real estate, mortgage, and development fields for the past 30+ years. I've assisted with the funding and sales of several hundred million dollars' worth of residential, commercial, and construction loan transactions and properties throughout my career at various office locations in Orange (my hometown of Huntington Beach), Los Angeles (near Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades - a long-time resident here), and Riverside counties (Rancho Mirage and near Canyon Lake).

I've held eight (8) different real estate, securities, and mortgage brokerage licenses to date. I've been interviewed as the main guest on various television and radio shows over the years. I'm also a University of Southern California (USC) graduate who studied Economics and Real Estate Finance. In later years, I wrote many of these same courses for college students and for real estate licensees.

We have the ability to fund owner-occupied residential loans all across California and non-owner residential (especially fix-and-flip deals) and most types of commercial loans nationwide. I especially enjoy working with real estate licensees partly since I've also handled many property sales transactions as a real estate broker and completely understand the time and financial pressures that brokers and salespersons are under with their clients. I will do my best to help real estate licensees promote their listings to an even larger target market audience.

It's my personal goal to build long-lasting business relationships with my clients and/ or their real estate licensees, financial advisors, accountants, attorneys, general contractors, real estate developers, and property managers.
