 About Scott&nbsp;Hughes:&nbsp; Scott Hughes is a former elected member of the Board of Education in Manchester, and the former President of the entire town-wide Manchester PTA. He also served as Vice President on the statewide PTA and President of the enter Connecticut SEPTA (Special Education PTA). All unpaid, volunteer positions.
