Shelley Dungan &amp; Greg Sabatino As the year comes to a close, you are warmly invited into a peaceful, contemplative service designed to quiet the mind and open the heart. Kirtan Sādhana blends simple chanting, sacred poetry, and moments of shared silence to create a spacious environment for inner reflection and renewal. “Kirtan” refers to the gentle practice of call-and-response singing, and “Sādhana” means a spiritual practice that helps us return to presence. Together, these elements invite us into grounding, connection, and a deeper listening within ourselves and with one another. No experience with chanting or meditation is needed—participate in whatever way feels comfortable: listen, hum, sing, or simply rest in the shared field of sound. All are welcome.

This mini retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, honor the lessons of the past year, and step into 2026 feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
