The first annual Bone Appétit, created by Miami’s own content creator Samantha Schnur of The Naughty Fork (@thenaughtyfork) in collaboration with brand events specialist Lauren Melamed Fine, is set for Saturday, January 10, 2026, at the iconic
Loews Miami Beach Hotel. the dog-centric celebration with plenty of delicious food and drink for all will bring together foodies, dog lovers, social media mavens and more for a glorious day in the sunshine to benefit PAWS4You Rescue, a local non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives and supporting the welfare of animals by helping to provide homes for rescue dogs in need. 

The tail-wagging festivities kick off from noon to 3PM, where guests can mix, mingle, and celebrate with their pups while savoring exclusive collaboration dishes created by Miami’s top chefs and restaurants in partnership with The Naughty Fork. This one-day-only menu will feature inventive bites from Miami Slice, Apocalypse BBQ, Chevre, Bistro Collins at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, Coyo Taco, Michael’s Genuine, Finka Table &amp; Tap, maman, Skinny Louie, Sushi Mafia, and The Salty. Priced at $85 per person, each ticket includes unlimited food and drinks.

Bone Appétit: First Annual Puppy Brunch Benefiting PAWS4you Rescue

On Monday, January 12 , and every Monday in January thereafter from 6PM to 8PM, Noche de Arte will continue its weekly art residency at Gallery 100 featuring local contemporary artist Isabelle Proust, a French-American artist known for her layered fresco-style paintings and delicate etchings, inspired by history and dreams. Proust will be in residence every Monday throughout the month of January with works available for purchase. Gallery 100 is located in the heart of the hotel’s lobby and is open daily. Sunness Supper Club

A special one-night-only wine dinner with the renowned <a href="https://ellmanwine.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">ELLMAN Estate Vineyards</a>at Fort Lauderdale’s premier dining hotspot, <a href="https://www.sunnesssupperclub.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Sunness Supper Club</a>. The five-course culinary experience, created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Allen Susser, will be paired with a thoughtful, enticing selection of wines from the ELLMAN portfolio. 

Seatings are available from 6PM to 8PM. Reservations are required and can be booked by calling the restaurant directly: (954) 491-6611. 

Following dinner, guests are welcome to head to upstairs to continue the evening with a nightcap and expertly crafted cocktails at Bar Betty, the brand new, buzzy speakeasy and lounge located on the restaurant’s second floor.
