Suzanne Angeo, Community Contributor

Suzanne Angeo and her husband Greg are theatre critics who work as a team, with Suzanne writing their reviews and Greg acting as technical adviser. They have been deeply involved in theatre during their 36 years together, from Los Angeles to Northern California to Michigan, Suzanne’s home state. Their reviews are published on the lifestyle website For All Events, and on Rochester Hills MI Patch.

Suzanne is a member of the American Theatre Critics Association, and both she and Greg are members emeritus of the San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle. She has a background in journalism and community theatre, and studied the dramatic arts, as well as working as a script consultant and play reader. She also has published newsletters for local community groups and takes an active interest in social issues.

Greg has over 50 years’ experience in theatre as actor, director and lighting designer. He performed onstage as a professional actor in both New York City and Los Angeles. For six seasons he was Assistant Artistic Director with the Fringe of Marin Festival of One-Acts at Dominican University of California in San Rafael, and won several awards for his directing.
