The Joliet City Center Partnership (CCP) is thrilled to announce the launch of its first-ever Elves on the Loose scavenger hunt in Downtown Joliet! This festive activity invites visitors to explore downtown and discover elves hidden in 13 local businesses. The elves will be visible from outside the windows, so participants can join the fun anytime during the event period. How to Play: 1.
