We live across from the Bay Fair entrance to BART. Hesperian is always busy and the crowds from Oakland keep BayFair Bart risky but still a safe shopping experience -- and still convenient - Bay Fair Mall will soon hit the wreaking ball - but most of the structure will remain - including Target and Kohls - Its set to be a Bart Village by 2024
