CENTREVILLE, VA — A man died and another was seriously injured in a shooting in Centreville on Wednesday, according to Fairfax County police. Authorities said the shooting happened in the 14600 block of Route 29. Both victims suffered gunshot wounds to their upper bodies, police said.One of the men was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the scene on foot, police said.Additional details were not immediately released.Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call 911.
