Nominate Centreville's "Citizen of the Year"
Winners will be acknowledged during the Centreville Day celebration.

Think of people you know who make a difference in the community: a stay-at-home mom who's always the first one to volunteer at school events, a local business owner who's known for generosity, or perhaps a teacher who consistently spends extra time after school helping students.
Any one of these, and many others, would be prime candidates for Centreville's "Citizen of the Year" award. will present the award during the celebration to an individual (or team), business or nonprofit organization that has made a difference in the greater Centreville area (this also includes areas that have Clifton and Chantilly zip codes). Up to three people will win the award; there may also be honorable mentions.
The purpose of the award is to recognize "contributions in the areas of innovation, motivation, community building, ethical integrity and strategic leadership among community volunteers, businesses, and nonprofit organizations," according to the Centreville Day website.
