Nominate the Centreville Patch 2011 Athlete of the Year

Teamwork. Leadership. Good sportsmanship. Athletic ability. Who comes to mind when you read these words?

Nominate that person as the Centreville Patch 2011 Athlete of the Year. They can be any age or play any sport. Honorary judge Lindsay Czarniak, a graduate and ESPN sportscaster, will select the winner from a group of finalists. 

Candidates should have a clear connection to the Centreville community and demonstrate the qualities of an outstanding athlete. Submit your nomination through the spreadsheet above for consideration. Nominations must be received by 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12th, to be considered.
