Police Looking for Man in Connection With Indecent Exposure Incident

The following information was provided by the Fairfax County Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Indecent Exposure: A man was touching himself inappropriately in a stairwell in the 5600 block of Willoughby Newton Drive around 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 18. The suspect was described as black, in his late 20s, between 5 feet 6 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall, and 180 to 250 pounds, with short, black hair. He was wearing a dark-colored shirt, black nylon gym shorts and dark-colored shoes.
Fraudulent Prescription: Police arrested a man for allegedly attempting to pass a fraudulent prescription at the CVS located at 5652 Pickwick Road around 8:20 p.m. on Monday, August 22. Eric W. Rice, 29, of 13062 Quartz Lane in Clifton, was charged with obtaining drugs by fraudulent prescription.

Burglary: On Aug. 19th, police arrested Brian Barker, 50, of Golden Oak Rd. in Centreville, on two charges of grand larceny (stealing $200+ not from a person), entering a building to commit larceny/a&b/etc, larceny of $200+ stolen property with intent to sell, and burglary at night to commit a felony.
