Visions for Vacancies: the Empty Ruby Tuesday's

The restaurant in Centreville Square , and since then, the building has stood empty.

While not a Centreville institution like The Shade Tree or Payne's Restaurant (both also closed now), the 50-table restaurant had been, to all appearances, a popular spot in the area. Many regulars were surprised that it had closed. 

The building's neighbors in Centreville Square include Tropical Smoothie Cafe, My Eye Dr, Creative Salon and Spa and a number of ethnic restaurants.  

What would be a good tenant for this space? If it was another restaurant, what kind would perform well? Or could another type of business survive here, such as a bookstore, a coffee shop or a clothing store?
