How about volunteering?
Why don’t you clean up? How about in your neighborhood?

Is there trash laying around? I bet there is. Clean up your neighborhood. Make it a beautiful place again. How about a local park? Water bottles, juice, snack packs, and more. That takes years to decompose. Clean it up. Do you have more fun with trash laying around or not? I have more fun without! There might be more trash than you can imagine.
Are there fairs or festivals going on? How about you help out and volunteer?
Do you like fairs or festivals? Why don’t you be part of one? Volunteer, help out. It does not matter which one. I could be in Dallas, Texas or Dulles, Virginia and still volunteer. Be part of what you like best.
Do you like to draw or write? Why don’t you make a card?
Cards are fun to make and easy to do, so why don’t you make a few? Send them to someone like me at Caring Kids Cards, who takes cards and gives them to different people and organizations. Draw a picture. Write a rhyme. Write whatever comes to mind.
So want to volunteer this summer? Try these things and have a great summer!
