Fortis Data Solutions Signs Commercial Lease In Chantilly
Fortis Data Solutions, a government contractor, signed a lease for nearly 14,000 square feet of space at 4206 Technology Court in Chantilly.

CHANTILLY, VA — Fortis Data Solutions, a government contractor with operations across the Washington, D.C. area, signed a lease for nearly 14,000 square feet of space at 4206 Technology Court in Chantilly, commercial real estate firm Edge announced Wednesday.
The building is served by several amenities, including fast-casual and sit-down restaurants, hospitality options with conference room facilities and retail, Edge said.
Edge handles both leasing and engineering services for the 30,000 square foot building in Chantilly owned by Fortified Property Group. The building is now at 100 percent occupancy after the signing of the lease with Fortis Data Solutions.

Scott D. Rabin, partner at Edge, and Todd McManus, senior vice president of Advisory Services at Edge, represented the landlord and Larry Fitzgerald of Newmark represented Fortis Data Solutions in the lease transaction.
“Our affiliation with Edge has significantly benefitted 4206 Technology Court based on the successful leasing activity, combined with the value-add engineering services provided by the Edge Property Services Group, and it is extremely efficient to work with a full-service commercial real estate firm,” Jared Okun, managing partner of Fortified Property Group, said in a statement Wednesday.

Edge, founded in 2007, serves clients in Northern Virginia, D.C., Maryland and Pennsylvania. The company currently leases and manages more than 8.5 million square feet of commercial office, flex/office, industrial/warehouse, retail and mixed-use space.
