Motorcyclist Killed on Sully Road Friday Morning: Police
Speed is believed to have been a factor in the three-vehicle wreck, according to Fairfax County Police.

CHANTILLY, VA — A motorcycle operator was killed Friday morning in a crash on Sully Road near Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, according to Fairfax County Police.
The deceased has been identified as Haroon Jameel, 19, of Black Rock Terrace in Aldie.
At around 6 a.m. Friday, a 1996 Dodge Truck became disabled while traveling south on Route 28. The driver of the truck, a 29-year-old man of West Virginia, moved the truck to the far right shoulder.

According to police, Jameel was approaching the truck on a 2016 Yamaha R3 motorcycle. Police claim he was driving at a high speed and in a reckless manner.
The motorcycle struck the rear of the disabled truck and Jameel was thrown from the bike. The motorcycle continued to slide along the roadway and was struck by a third vehicle.

Jameel was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
