Paws to Read, Curtis Blues and an American Century Theater Musical

Happy Thursday Chantilly! It's Aug. 15 and the week is quickly coming to an end. There's still plenty to do in NoVa so Patch has rounded up some local events you may be interested in today.
Spread the news about your Yard Sale. The weekend is right around the corner. If you have a yard sale scheduled in your neighborhood this weekend, post it on Patch and tell everyone about it.
Friendly dogs visit Beatley Central Library to listen to their human buddies read to them. Pre-registration is required. To register for a 15-minute slot, call 703-746-1702 x5. The Paws to Read event is designed for grades 1 through 6.
Relax in style with acoustic blues music and a glass of wine. Local artist Curtis Blues revisits Delta blues from the '20s to the '40s at cheese shop La Fromagerie, 1222 King St., 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. This event recurs monthly every third Thursday. Call 703-879-2467 for more details.
Catch the musical I Do! I Do!, which is winding up its run at Gunston Arts Center, 2700 S. Lang St. in Arlington. The musical by American Century Theater shows at 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and wraps up Saturday with shows at 2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
