For the week ending on April 20, there were two major incidents, 10 larcenies and one vehicle theft reported in the Sully District.
Major Incidents:
- POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE I OR II DRUG WITH THE INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE/POSSESSION OF A FIREARM WHILE IN POSSESSION OF COCAINE/POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA/DRUNK IN PUBLIC/ARREST: Police responded to a suspicious person call in the 14300 block of Uniform Drive around 9:28 p.m. on Thursday, April 14. They located several men and an investigation determined three of them were involved with selling or possessing drugs and were arrested. David M. Crann, 20, of 13606 Wildflower Lane in Clifton, was charged with possession of marijuana; and Mitchell D. Milkov, 24, of 5425 Middlebourne Lane in Centreville, was charged with drunk in public.
- ALLOWING UNLICENSED PERSONS TO PROVIDE MASSAGE SERVICES/OFFERING OR ADMINISTERING A MASSAGE FOR COMPENSATION WITHOUT A PERMIT/PROSTITUTION/ARREST: Police arrested three women involved with prostitution at Far East Therapy, 4229 LaFayette Center Drive #1775, on Saturday, April 16. Officers entered the business around 11:35 a.m. to determine if the employees were appropriately licensed to provide massage therapy services. Shortly after they entered, three women fled the store. They were apprehended and an investigation led to their arrests. Kwi I. Santellan, 56, of Woodbridge, VA, was charged with two counts of allowing an unlicensed person to provide massage services; Son M. Clemmons, 43, of Flushing, NY, was charged with offering or administering a massage for compensation without a permit; and Myong S, Yearby, 45, of College Point, NY, was charged with prostitution.

- Stonecroft Boulevard: Cell phone stolen from vehicle
