Nude Man Rides Bicycle Through Annandale Park: Police
A man wearing a bicycle helmet -- and nothing else -- was seen riding through a park Thursday afternoon near the 5000 block of Wakefield Chapel Road, according to Fairfax County Police.
Police say the incident took place around 3:44 p.m., when a woman, 63, was walking through the park and observed the man riding the bicycle. The suspect had a shirt covering his face and no other clothes on, police said. >>> Read more.
