Deputies are being credited with saving the life of a man after a brief car chase, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.

The man was allegedly stabbed by his wife in self defense Saturday and fled in a car from police for some two miles before finally stopping. Stafford deputies broke a window to unlock the vehicle and then apparently helped save the bleeding driver's life by applying a tourniquet to his wound. >>> Read more.
