Sex Assault, Burglary Suspect Under Arrest: Police: Police have made an arrest in a sex assault and burglary that took place early Sunday in Arlington County. The victim was able to escape, run to the bathroom and contact police from her iPad, police said. Anibal Rodriguez Castellanos, 36, of Arlington, is charged with Nighttime Burglary while armed and Attempt Rape, according to police. Rodriguez Castellanos is currently being held with no bond in the Arlington County Detention Facility.

Kona Grill to Open Tuesday at Fair Oaks Mall: Kona Grill, an American grill and sushi bar, will open its second DC-area restaurant Tuesday at Fair Oaks Mall, the company announced this week. The 7,000 square-foot restaurant, seating 266 guests, features an 800-gallon aquarium at its entrance, an expansive dining room with booth and table seating, and a 1,202 square-foot all-season outdoor patio, bar and lounge area, plus an exhibition kitchen and Kona Grill’s signature sushi bar.
