A Woodbridge man is accused of inappropriately texting an underage female acquaintance, Prince William County Police said.  Anthony Marcus Hagler, 29, of Cara Drive in Woodbridge is charged with use of a communications device to solicit a minor. He is accused of soliciting a 15-year-old family acquaintance via text message on Dec. 27. However, no meeting took place, police said.  Hagler was arrested following an investigation that began Jan. 9.
