A new bus stop in Woodbridge will give people direct access to the SkillSource .   Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-11) and Neabsco District Supervisor John D. Jenkins celebrated the opening of a new Potomac Rappahannock Transportation Commission bus stop Tuesday. PRTC executive director Al Harf was also present at the ceremonial ribbon cutting. With the bus system's annual spring line adjustment, the OmniLink Woodbridge/Lake Ridge local PRTC bus will now stop at the VEC building, located at 13370 Minnieville Road in Woodbridge.
