A Dale City man is accused of entering a neighbor's home while he was drunk, Prince William County Police said.  Elmer Stephen Hernandez, 21, of Barsdale Street, is charged with burglary. Police said that the woman was inside her kitchen at 10:24 p.m. Thursday when she heard the front door open. She found her neighbor inside her home, and he seemed drunk. With the help of a male acquaintance, she was able to get Hernandez to leave. Police subsequently arrested him.  The information in this article was provided by the Prince William County Police Department. Where arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
