Indoor Flag Football Camp (Grades 1-8)

The DMV Blitz Indoor Flag Football is a high-energy, one-day football experience designed to elevate young athletes’ skills, confidence, and love for the game. Held in the heart of Northern Virginia, this camp brings together a certified stretch therapist to teach stretching that prevents injuries with experienced coaches to teach the fundamentals and push elite potential. Our structured day includes warm-ups, position-specific drills, competitive challenges, and team-building sessions—all in a fun and supportive environment.

We limit attendance to just 50 athletes to ensure every participant gets personalized instruction and high-quality reps.
