Strike one. The taunts from your friends/teammates and the opposing team get louder. Strike two! Ok, don't forget to breathe. Here it comes... SMACK! Home run!  The glory could be yours if you signed up for the <a href="https://www.tourneymachine.com/Registration/Registration.aspx?IDTournament=h2013080508380336624f08545e1cb40" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Moonlight Madness softball tournament</a> at Braddock Park in Clifton on Sat. Oct. 12 and the early morning of Sun. Oct. 13, 2013. The Fairfax County Park Authority and Fairfax Adult Softball are partnering for this first-ever coed tournament, and they need 24 teams.The entry fee per team is $285, and the <a href="http://www.tourneymachine.com/E2673" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">registration deadline</a> is Oct. 8. Each team will play at least four games and winning teams are awarded T-shirts, trophies and other prizes. The games will provide funding for synthetic turf fields in Fairfax County. Other activities include a home-run derby, foot races and softball bingo.
