Fairfax Station Dad Is 'Honestly Our Mr. Incredible,' Family Says

FAIRFAX STATION, VA— Father's Day is the perfect time to give a big thanks to all the dads who put smiles on our faces. Fairfax Station, meet Michael Hendrickson.

If you know a dad who sends sweet, silly or thoughtful texts your way, you’re pretty lucky. Texts from Dad have a way of putting a smile on our faces — and this Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the fathers behind the phones!

What makes your dad extra special?

Our dad is a hardworking man. He works a regular 9-5 and coaches almost every sport with our athletic association. He’s always making everyone feel as if they can get better at all things, they just have to work hard! He never yells, but is always stern about doing better next time! Our dad’s motto is, “Progress is a process,” and we even live by that motto every day in our household. Our dad also cooks and cleans to help my mom out since she has a new job! He’s honestly our Mr. Incredible!

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

I believe our dad deserves this spotlight because he never asks for any and never wants anything. He always looks to do something for others.
