The arrest resulted from an investigation which began on Wednesday, April 6, involving Mills allegedly engaged in inappropriate conversation and the solicitation of sex from a 14-year-old girl, police said. The girl was not harmed, according to police.
The investigation began after two students at Robinson High School reported to a school principal that a 14-year old girl was communicating with an adult male on the Internet about having sex, police said.
