Rescue Me: Rosie's Not Just A Beautiful Cat, She's Lovable Too

FAIRFAX STATION, VA — Rosie is a 1 1/2-year-old domestic shorthair tabby his looking for her forever home with the help of Homeless Trails Animal Shelter.

Rosie is not only stunningly beautiful, but she also has a very loving personality. She enjoys being pet and showered with attention. She loves being in your presence, just being right beside you. She will even hold a conversation with you — answering whenever you talk to her.

Her hobbies are pouncing and playing with scratch pads and catching invisible prey. But her favorite activity of all is being with her humans and getting pets. Rosie is not a fan of other cats but she gets along just fine with polite dogs.

Homeward Trails Animal Rescue adopts pets to homes in Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland. Anyone interested in our animals can complete an adoption questionnaire. We work with applicants to ensure a good match between them and the pet and vice versa, the adoption questionnaire is how we start the adoption discussion. Most of our animals are in foster homes in the area. Others are available to meet by appointment at our Adoption Center.
