Convenience Store Customer Assaulted, Robbed on Lockheed Boulevard: Police

A man was assault and robbed Saturday night at a local 7-Eleven store, according to Fairfax County Police.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- A customer at a local 7-Eleven store was assaulted and robbed Saturday night at the store in the 3100 block of Lockheed Boulevard (see map below), according to Fairfax County Police.

The incident took place just before 10 p.m. Saturday, when police responded for a report of a man who approached someone standing at a convenience store, assaulted the man, and took an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was described as Hispanic, approximately 25-26 years old, about 6 feet tall, heavy-set, wearing a white shirt and green cargo-style pants, according to police.
