Lane Closures on Richmond Highway Due to Costco Construction

As construction on Costco continues, traffic southbound on Richmond Highway was at a slow pace Monday morning. The left lanes in both directions on Richmond Highway are currently closed.

Work on two new turning lanes to accommodate traffic going into the Costco parking lot are mostly completed.

Costco is located next to Walmart on Richmond Highway. According to a representative with Costco in Pentagon City, the new store location is scheduled to open Aug. 8.
