Richmond Highway Hotel Armed Robbery: Police Release Video

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Detectives from Fairfax County Police have released surveillance video of the suspects they say robbed a Quality Inn at gunpoint, at 7212 Richmond Highway, Thursday, Dec. 15, shortly before 11 p.m. Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two men and car that appear in the video.

In the video, the suspects' silver car is seen driving in front of the hotel, and once inside the lobby, you can see one suspect hops over the counter while another holds a gun on a hotel employee.

The first suspect is described as black, 25 to 30 years old, and around 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black or dark blue hooded jacket, blue jeans, black sneakers, black gloves and a ski mask. The second suspect is described as black, 25 to 30 years old, and around 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was wearing a black jacket with a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black shoes, gloves and a ski mask. The car is described as a silver compact sedan.
