Handgun and Magazine Stolen From Vehicle in Lake Ridge

On Aug. 15, a vehicle owner in the 3900 block of Brussels Way in Lake Ridge told police that someone had stolen a handgun and a magazine from his vehicle.

The owner reported that the burglar must have entered his vehicle between 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 12 and 2 p.m. on Aug. 15. The handgun and the magazine were worth about $500.

When police investigated at 7:18 p.m. on Aug. 15, they found no signs of forced entry into the vehicle.
