Molotov Cocktails Ignited at Middle School
Though several individuals were at the scene, only Douglas Shea Whitmore was arrested.
While on a routine patrol just after 1 a.m. on Sunday, a Prince William County police officer spotted a large fire in the parking lot of Rippon Middle School, according to an email from Battalion Chief Joe Robertson.
