Police Investigate Sexual Assault near Horner Road Commuter Lot
An unknown suspect reportedly sexually assaulted a 42-year-old Alexandria woman after offering her a ride and driving her down I-95 Tuesday.

Prince William County Police are investigating a sexual assault that reportedly took place at the Horner Road Commuter Lot Tuesday, Nov. 11 at 9:23 a.m.
The victim, a 42-year-old Alexandria woman, told police she was waiting for a bus at the commuter lot when a vehicle, described as an older white 4-door Honda sedan, approached her.
The driver, the vehicle’s only occupant, asked the victim if she wanted a ride and she voluntarily entered the vehicle. As the two were driving on I-95 northbound, the driver reportedly proceeded to expose himself to the victim and sexually assault her.

Following the encounter, the driver dropped the victim off in an area off exit 160 where she called a friend to pick her up. The victim reported the incident to police later in the morning. No injuries were reported and an investigation is ongoing.
The suspect is described as a 28 to 32-year-old Hispanic male with a thin build, short dark hair and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and beige pants.
