JK Moving Founder Places Loudoun Land Into Conservation Easement
Chuck Kuhn, founder and CEO of Sterling-based JK Moving Services, has placed 78 acres near Bluemont into permanent conservation easement.

BLUEMONT, VA — Chuck Kuhn, founder and CEO of Sterling-based JK Moving Services, worked with the Land Trust of Virginia to place 78 acres near Bluemont into permanent conservation easement.
The farmland, Airmont Meadows Court, is located along Snickersville Turnpike and falls within the watershed of Butchers Branch.
Under previous plans, the land in western Loudoun County was to be subdivided into 24 lots, and a public road was to be built to access the houses. Under the easement, the land can have only one primary and one secondary residence.

The property is contiguous with another property in easement with Land Trust of Virginia. With one mile, there are 11 additional conserved properties.
